Turkish Super Lig side Trabzonspor have confirmed that Nigerian striker Paul Onuachu will be out of action for up to a month due to injury.
The 31-year-old sustained an ankle injury during a recent pre-season friendly, and the club has now ruled him out of their opening fixtures of the 2025/26 campaign.
Onuachu, who joined Trabzonspor on a permanent deal from English Championship side Southampton last month, is set to miss key clashes against Kocaelispor, Kasimpasa, Antalyaspor, and Samsunspor.
The new Turkish Super Lig season is scheduled to kick off on Friday, August 9.
