Remo Stars midfielder Haruna Hadi has put pen to paper on a new two-year contract, extending his stay with the reigning Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) champions.
The Ikenne-based club confirmed the development on Sunday, stating: “Haruna Hadi has signed a contract extension at the club. The deal will see the midfielder remain with the Sky Blue Stars for two more years.”
Hadi has been a key figure in coach Daniel Ogunmodede’s setup and continues to grow in influence at the heart of Remo’s midfield.
His solid performances have also earned him a spot in the Super Eagles B team, currently in camp ahead of the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN).
The tournament, which kicks off on August 2 and runs through August 30, 2025, will be co-hosted by Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.
