Wolves left-back Rayan Ait-Nouri, has signed for Manchester City for £31m.
The 24-year-old Algerian defender has signed a deal until 2030 and will be available for the Club World Cup group stage.
City’s campaign in the newly expanded tournament begins on June 18 against Moroccan club Wydad AC.
Ait-Nouri, an Algeria international, joined Wolves in 2021 for £14.9 million from Angers after spending the previous season on loan. He made 41 appearances in all competitions last season as the team escaped relegation, scoring five goals and assisting seven times.
Man City have already recruited AC Milan’s Netherlands midfielder Tijjani Reijnders, adding to the £200 million invested in the January transfer window.
