EPL: Harry Kane Names His 4 Best Players

Bayern Munich forward Harry Kane has identified his four favorite players, notably excluding Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.

This selection was made as part of the ‘Mount Rushmore’ challenge.

In a video clip, the England international highlighted Wayne Rooney, David Beckham, Bobby Moore, and the Brazilian icon Ronaldo as his top choices.

Kane’s selection prominently features three former England players, which is understandable given his nationality.

In a statement for SPORTbible, Kane remarked (as reported by GOAL): “I would choose David Beckham. He was a significant idol for me during my youth, a remarkable role model, and one of the finest players in England’s history, so he certainly deserves a spot. I would also select Wayne Rooney; watching him during my formative years and witnessing his contributions to England, along with the privilege of playing alongside him and having him as my captain, was incredible, so Rooney is definitely included.

“Brazilian Ronaldo is another choice. As a striker, I always admired watching forwards, and I believe he is among the greatest to have played the game. He possessed an exceptional blend of goal-scoring prowess and the ability to influence matches through his dribbling and runs; he is truly one of the greatest number nines in history.

“Lastly, I will choose Bobby Moore. For an England captain to have won a World Cup is truly inspiring, and it is a dream of mine to achieve that one day, so having the chance to pursue such an accomplishment would be remarkable, which is why I place him among my favorites.”
